I am Kerrie. I am 21 years old (about to graduate) and soon leaving the fabulous student life behind me and entering the big bad world...scary times.
I love fashion, makeup, photography basically anything that involves being creative and using self expression. That's the whole purpose behind this blog, being able to express myself.
Another reason behind creating this blog was to help increase femme visibility. Growing up I had a hard time accepting the fact that I was gay, my love of all things girlie and fashion meant that I was always perceived as straight so much so I think I began to believe it myself. I don't think I ever saw a 'lipstick lesbian' until I was 18 years old when I stumbled across The L Word on Netflix. I want this blog to be a place where young femme lesbians know that they are not alone (and all members of the LGBT community for that matter!) and help to break some of the stereotypes in the LGBT community
